Our goal is to implement our institutional experience and apply it to smaller transactions in the marketplace. We oftentimes see value where others may not, providing a real arbitrage opportunity for our investors to benefit from our combined 50 years of hands-on knowledge. We consider ourselves problem solvers and pride ourselves on our capability to create value in meaningful ways. We look at each investment as an independent company and will accordingly have a separate and distinct business plan strategy for each acquisition.

Richard Putprush

During his 30 year career, Rick’s experience spans the spectrum of real estate – from corporate real estate and land development for Exxon, to REO disposition for the First National Bank of Boston, to asset management for Copley Real Estate Advisors, to investment sales for Grubb and Ellis and Cushman and Wakefield. Most recently, Rick established REP Realty Advisors, LLC, as a “boutique” commercial real estate firm, to bring institutional experience and expertise primarily to the smaller deal market (under $5,000,000 in value). In his career, Rick has been a part of nearly $1 Billion in real estate transactions, highlighted by his recognition for “Investment Sale of the Year” in 2002 by the Greater Boston Real Estate Board for the sale of Metlife’s Boston Headquarters at 501 Boylston Street. Rick combines his extensive track record closing complex sale transactions, creativity, strong analytic and communication skills, with his extensive network in the real estate community to source opportunities, notably “off-market” opportunities, for purchase.

Robert Kirschner

Rob has 20 years of acquisition, asset management, portfolio, and appraisal/asset valuation experience. After conducting commercial real estate appraisals for Joseph Blake & Associates, where he worked on a wide variety of assets classes across the country, Rob became an integral part of the New Boston Fund acquisitions team for 13 years where he focused on acquiring office and industrial deals predominantly in New England. Most recently, Rob teamed up with Charles River Realty Investors and National Development to hunt for acquisition opportunities in the Boston Marketplace. Rob has been directly involved in acquiring over $1 Billion worth of assets. Over his career, Rob has developed many strong relationships throughout the market which provides the backbone for sourcing, capitalizing, and closing investment opportunities.
