At Fulcrum Real Estate Partners, we can apply leverage through many different resources, to the ends of sourcing, purchasing, and operating our real estate investments to their highest potential on behalf of our investors.

With over 50 years of combined experience in the greater Boston commercial real estate market, we can leverage the personal knowledge and expertise gained through careers which have included direct appraisal, acquisitions, leasing and investment sales brokerage, asset management, property management, construction management, and bank REO experience. That experience also provides us the opportunity to leverage the many relationships we have developed throughout our careers…with the brokerage community, lawyers, property managers, accountants, appraisers, environmental LSPs, engineers, contractors,…and, of course, any number of financing sources including banks, insurance companies, mortgage brokers, and equity capital.
