In physics, greater levels of work can be accomplished with leverage produced using a fulcrum as the pivot point…likewise, in the world of real estate investing, leverage, normally just thought of as the use of financing, is used to magnify the potential returns on invested capital.

With over 50 years of combined experience in the greater Boston commercial real estate market, we can leverage the personal knowledge and expertise gained through careers which have included direct appraisal, acquisitions, leasing and investment sales brokerage, asset management, property management, construction management, and bank REO experience. That experience also provides us the opportunity to leverage the many relationships we have developed throughout our careers…with the brokerage community, lawyers, property managers, accountants, appraisers, environmental LSPs, engineers, contractors,…and, of course, any number of financing sources including banks, insurance companies, mortgage brokers, and equity capital.
