Fulcrum Real Estate Partners is proud to announce that it has successfully completed a new 5-year lease with Red Bull Distribution Company. Our property represents one of 140 new distribution centers the company is opening throughout the country.
Red Bull had been previously operating out of another location in Coventry, so we were excited to be able to accommodate their space needs.
Red Bull committed to the entire space previously occupied by Tesla Energy and Solar City. This lease was fully negotiated and signed prior to the expiration of Tesla’s lease.
We are excited about the commitment Red Bull has made and we look forward to working together with their dedicated team for years to come.
